- Meals on Wheels Programs & Services of Rockland operates two social model Adult Day Care centers to assist the frail and elderly including those diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
- The Bobbi Lewis Adult Day Center located at 121 West Nyack Road in Nanuet assists people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and related cognitive disorders.
- The Intergenerational Adult Day Center located at the Dr, Robert L. Yeager Health Center, Building R, in Pomona assists people who are physically limited and/or suffer from mild short-term memory loss. The center is co-located with the Rockland Worksite Child Day Care Center and offers creative opportunities for ongoing interactions between seniors and pre-school aged children.

- A warm home-like environment and structured programming supervised by a specially trained, caring, professional staff.
- Recreational and therapeutic activities such as music and pet therapy, exercise, cooking projects, current events, card games and arts and crafts.
- A nutritious lunch and snacks.
- Door to door transportation and escort service.
- Respite for families and caregivers.
- Information and referral service.

There is a set daily fee for the Adult Day Care programs. However, a sliding scale fee is available based on participant income. Funding for the sliding scale is provided by the Rockland County Office for the Aging and the United Way of Rockland County.
